No PLL "Sixes" tournament on May 9th

I have spoken with the PLL, and we are not going to be able to hold the PLL "Sixes" tournament on May 9th. We do not believe that we will have enough teams to guarantee enough games. I know that this is disappointing. Going forward we find a "Sixes" format that can support the number of teams that we have.
Lacrosse is a niche sport and North Carolina is a long state. That combination makes it difficult to field enough teams with the density and distance that we have. I am sorry for the inconvenience. We felt it was better to make the decision now, rather than not have enough teams by tournament time.
The good news is that we still can still see our Carolina Chaos play in Charlotte on the weekend of June 5th and 6th. This year we also get to see women's professional lacrosse. I hope that you will join us for the games. It is a great atmosphere, and great athletes, playing the best game there is. Let me know if you have any questions.
